Rising Sun Creations offers a 30 day return
policy on all items purchased from us. The customer assumes shipping
costs for original shipment and shipping back to Rising Sun Creations.
At Rising Sun Creations' discretion, this policy can be altered.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping your product, please e-mail us at:questions@rsc-online.com
NO
returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA. For faster service,
please have the following information on hand when calling for a RMA:
customer name, order number, item number and nature of the problem.
All
products returned MUST: Be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original
boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the
manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals and other accessories and
documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for
shipping charges on returned non-defective items. Rising Sun Creations
strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is
lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof
of delivery for your protection. If merchandise arrives damaged: save
the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify
Rising Sun Creations immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection
and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
DEFECTIVE returns can be
returned directly to Rising Sun Creations within 30 days from the order
date, at Rising Sun Creations discretion for: credit, replacement,
exchange or repair. . Any item that is missing the UPC can ONLY be
replaced with the same item. Rising Sun Creations will pay all return
and replacement shipping charges on all defective merchandise.
NON-DEFECTIVE
returns that are unopened and in as new condition can be accepted
directly by Rising Sun Creations within 30 days from the order date, at
Rising Sun Creations discretion for credit or exchange. Customer is
responsible for new shipping charges when returning a non-defective
item for an exchange.
All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.
