Pre-order Items
Items ordered in advance of their release date will be shipped as soon as they are available. Please note that release dates are supplied by manufacturers and may be subject to change.

You will not be charged until the item is shipped or ready to pick up. No cancellation is accepted for pre-order items.

Shipping Addresses
We only ship to the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and US Protectorates as well as APO/FPO addresses.

Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. For print material (comics, Manga and magazines), $4.00 flat rate shipping option is available.
